Inflammation Support
We have to address the deeper part of what’s going on within our body. This will aid with maintenance and achieving the best and most balanced results that we all want in life. I have asthma and it has been quite difficult and saddening that I can no longer tolerate going to the gym daily, hiking up the mountains, and doing most things that I was able to do 6 years ago.
I hate to say that my asthma was controlling my life and that I turned into pharma- medications just so I can work. It sucks it truly does because I am just realizing now that I have eliminated some medications that it was truly affecting my mental health as well. I was at one point convinced that it was my hormones.
I have always done 80/20 diet- 80% home cooked and clean eating and 20% fun.
So here I am I am back into my heaviest at 126lbs at 5 feet flat! I do not feel that great in my clothes and just in general I know I am not well. Lots of insecurities are popping in my head because I do not physically feel good about myself which is affecting how I feel inside.
Im a true believer in that.
Okay moving on, because I am the nerd that I am. I have gone into the rabbit hole of research on what can I do so my asthma doesn’t control me? So that I don’t have to be on medications all the time? So that I can go back to the gym and do pilates. Something that I enjoy.
Within by blogs I will talk about food— anti-inflammatory diet (what’s in them and why they are antiInflammatory) what exactly does it to our body.
